How it works

  • We’re Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisors and we use Quickbooks online as our accounting software.

  • We set up the software to connect automatically to your company’s bank and download all transactions from the bank directly, including credit card transactions, into the accounting software

  • All purchase and expense invoices are sent directly by you (either through email directly from your supplier) or by a photo emailed by you to Dext Prepare, software that automatically is integrated with Quickbooks to both record the transaction and store the invoice copy in the Cloud
